PROCEDURES,  TICKETING & SEATING POLICIES

CLICK TO VIEW OUR UPDATED PLANS & PROCEDURES

While we continue to navigate through these uncertain times, we always strive to make the best decisions we can given our ever-changing challenging circumstances. For a complete run down of our UPDATED PLANS & PROCEDURES CLICK HERE.   Face coverings are still strongly recommended for those who are not vaccinated for all indoor adult shows (though are not mandated or required). Face coverings will still be required for all indoor youth and teen productions (regardless of vaccination status) to protect the health and safety of our younger performers who may not yet be eligible for vaccines. Everyone attending an event at Rhino Theatre must have a ticket regardless of age. Children under the age of two are not recommended and parents should ensure young children observe proper theatre etiquette. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Child tickets to all productions are for those 17 and younger. Senior tickets to all productions are for those 65 and older. Our ticket provider charges a processing fee. To avoid this fee, you may call the theatre directly to purchase tickets. In-Person ticket purchases are discouraged, but if such arrangements must be made we are asking all patrons to use credit or debit cards for all purchases or exact change whenever possible. Refreshments may be available, but for the time being may be limited, and will require exact change whenever possible.  If you want to change a date or time, there is a $3.00 ticket change fee. Group Rates will begin to be phased back in this Fall.  Choose Your Own Seats is currently unavailable, but we anticipate having this option available again within the next few months. Seating arrangements are at the discretion of Rhino Theatre staff or prearranged special seating, at least one seat apart.   Indoor occupancy is currently reduced for all indoor performances; but we will begin to increase our capacity slowly over the coming months to accommodate more patrons.  ALL THOSE PURCHASING A TICKET TO A RHINO THEATRE EVENT ARE - THROUGH THEIR PURCHASE - AGREEING TO ABIDE BY OUR PLANS AND PROCEDURES.

UPDATES TO POLICY CHANGES AS DETERMINED VIA MANDATES AND GUIDELINES, WILL BE POSTED HERE.

Updated Protocols and Procedures

6/1/2021

We at Rhino Theatre Group want to thank you for your support and patience during the past 14 months.  From virtual programing starting with Cancelled, The Musical and 2020 Summer Outdoor Open-Air shows and events at the Studio (going all the way until that frigid Halloween eve) and to re-opening the Mainstage in March, we have really been through a lot and have many of you to thank that we are still standing (albeit wobbly).  While our future is still somewhat uncertain, we are happy that things are moving in the right direction.

At Rhino Theatre we do not take any decisions we make or protocols we put into place, lightly.  However, we feel it is time to move forward and are ready to return the responsibility to our casts, crew and audience members, with some guidance.

Sanitizing stations will remain on-site and regular cleaning protocols will still be in place.  In addition, our portable air purification systems will stay on-site in all public areas.
