PROCEDURES,  TICKETING & SEATING POLICIES

CLICK TO VIEW PLANS & PROCEDURES
Updated:   March 2, 2022
While we continue to navigate through these uncertain times, we always strive to make the best decisions we can given our ever-changing challenging circumstances.
For a complete run down of our UPDATED PLANS & PROCEDURES CLICK HERE.   Beginning March 7th, and in accordance with the recent government mandate, wearing a mask will be at the discretion of each individual and not enforced.  We will not tolerate disrespect or bullying or comments with regard to a person’s choice to wear a mask or not.  We will monitor and encourage a safe, unified and non-judgmental environment, and do not expect any issues with our casts, crew and patrons since theatre lovers are used to not everyone being the same and embracing our differences.

If you are unsure whWhether your symptoms are due to allergies or COVID, we highly encourage the use of masks in rehearsals until you are sure.  .If you are sick, please stay home.  If anyone on our staff observes a person experiencing symptoms, we will provide them with a disposable face covering and may ask them to remove themselves from the space.
We are still committed to maintaining an infection free environment. To this end, face coverings and sanitizer will continue to be available at both shows and rehearsals. Our first thought since this pandemic began has been the health and safety of our casts, crew, and audiences. This priority has not changed. Our updated mask policy continues to reflect CDC guidance, and we will, of course, be monitoring their website for any changes in the coming weeks and months.
Everyone attending an event at Rhino Theatre must have a ticket regardless of age. Children under the age of two are not recommended and parents should ensure young children observe proper theatre etiquette. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Child tickets to all productions are for those 17 and younger. Senior tickets to all productions are for those 65 and older. Our ticket provider charges a processing fee. To avoid this fee, you may call the theatre directly to purchase tickets. In-Person ticket purchases are discouraged, but if such arrangements must be made we are asking all patrons to use credit or debit cards for all purchases or exact change whenever possible. Refreshments are available during shows with intermissions.   If you want to change a date or time, there is a $3.00 ticket change fee, while no refunds are given, a credit may be extended due to the circumstance. Group Rates are now available.   Choose Your Own Seats is available for all shows.   Indoor occupancy is currently reduced for all indoor performances; but we will begin to increase our capacity slowly over the coming months to accommodate more patrons.  ALL THOSE PURCHASING A TICKET TO A RHINO THEATRE EVENT ARE - THROUGH THEIR PURCHASE - AGREEING TO ABIDE BY OUR
PLANS AND PROCEDURES.

UPDATES TO POLICY CHANGES AS DETERMINED VIA MANDATES AND GUIDELINES, WILL BE POSTED HERE.

Updated Protocols and Procedures

At Rhino Theatre we do not take any decisions we make or protocols we put into place, lightly.

Sanitizing stations will remain on-site and regular cleaning protocols will still be in place.  In addition, our portable air purification systems will stay on-site in all public areas.

Beginning March 7, 2022, mask wearing is optional and will not be enforced.  Whether your symptoms are due to allergies or COVID, we highly encourage the use of masks until you are sure.  If you are sick, please stay home.  If anyone on our staff observes a person experiencing symptoms, we will provide them with a disposable face covering and may ask them to remove themselves from the space.
